When you walk into Spectrum, you immediately feel welcome. Ryan is 100% focused on helping his client reach their goals whether that be returning to sport or getting up the stairs. For me personally, he took my goals into consideration and worked with me to get back to where I needed to be, without having to completely eliminate sport from my daily routine. When he is working with a client, he thoroughly explains every movement, making sure there is complete understanding. He is very approachable and welcoming with any and all questions. I appreciate how knowledgeable and passionate he is about what he does and he truly wants to help you get back to where you were! It is a great environment for anyone who is trying to recover or improve their body in any way.

As a result of over use, I sustained an injury to my left knee and right shoulder. After seeing my orthopedist twice, which included a cortisone injection into my knee, I was referred out for physical therapy. I have to admit I was extremely skeptical as to what a physical therapist could accomplish that a good old application of a scalpel couldn't do better. The orthopedist insisted that PT was the way to go, surgery was not. At this point I could barely get in and out of my car and walking up and down stairs required me to think which leg to use, do to the amount of pain I was experiencing. I was greeted warmly when I went for my first visit. Ryan did a careful assessment of my injured knee and began therapy. I did two sessions a week with a gradual increase of exercises and repetitions. Within two weeks I found it was easier getting in and out of my car as well as tackling the stairs. After five weeks of working the knee, it has felt good enough that we've moved on to my shoulder. It too is responding favorably. I find Ryan to be a caring, pleasant, and talented physical therapist whose main concern is getting his patients back to normal function. I actually look forward to my sessions with Ryan. He pushes you to do your best without acting as a task master. He has made me a believer in the value of physical therapy!

This facility has a very knowledgeable therapist who doesn’t give you “cookie cutter” workouts. Every session I get new exercises that keep me from getting bored. They will give you home exercises that will speed your recovery.nnI also like that instead of thirty minute sessions, their sessions are one hour .nI highly recommend them.

I have utilized PT at Spectrum several times in the past few years (each time for a different issue). All of the employees have provided excellent care. Any of my questions/concerns were addressed. My recent experience (severe ankle sprain) with treatment from Ryan has been spectacular. Let us not forget Sherrie, either. She has always been ready to help with scheduling and greets everyone with her great smile.

Looked specifically for sports injury pt. Referred by members of Cross Fit Good Fortune to Spectrum, Niantic. On my way to healing after 6 months of pain. Ryan is knowledgeable, personable and a sports enthusiast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
