Griggs & Browne Co Inc

Fox Run apartment have been using Griggs and Browne where I live for a while now- they come spray ALOT, like every 2 weeks and the pesticides they use do NOTHING. My apartment is infested with carpenter and flying ants they have sprayed 2x inside my apartment I’ve moved EVERYTHING TO let them get along side of walls. The bugs infestation is still here if not worse after they supposedly sprayed 2x inside and assured me that the pesticide is safe for my 3 year old and 1 year old to play in/on after 1 hour of application?!!!!!. Really. CALL BEESMART PEST CONTROL. They do it right the first time, not some beefed up company that uses harmful products that don’t even work. They claim the bugs come inside ur home to die after they spray??!! Really what would be the point of spraying outside then, for them to come inside. I used to live in ledyard and used BEESMART never had an issue- fox run apartments would really benefit from getting rid of Griggs and Browne - paying them all the money for nothing literally nothing, the bugs are still bad here and their pesticide doesn’t work. They supposedly sent the supervisor out here yesterday tonCome up with a way to get rid of this bug infestation- I haven’t heard anything and I still have a terrible bug problem. They are in the walls or vents, I mean this is their job u think they would have it down by now and be able to fix the problem immediately- oh wait they get paid for coming out over and over and over again and the “supplies” they use. Smh BEESMART would find the way they comin in and patch up the problem, set traps and get rid of what’s left. Smh Griggs and BROWNE - THE WHOLE TOWN IS FALLING DOWN- because you suck.

3months and still have mice. Will deal with this issue on my own. Just done with this company. Save your money!

I have no qualms about the service , I've been a customer for over 5 years but I will say that the office manager could use a few seminars on customer relations....VERY inflexible and rude. I asked her to have the owner call me but I'm sure that message was never passed along.

I have been having a flea issue in my apartment and wanted to shop around for pricing. I was comparing companies to work with and this company scheduled a free inspection for me. The Branch Manager Mike Serencko came out to my apartment and was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel better after the inspection by calming my worries, reassuring me and his attitude was so positive. This is a fantastic company to go with with fair pricing and I highly recommend their staff! Again, the branch manager was an absolute delight. He let me explain myself and did a thorough inspection of the apartment! Best around!!!
