Cluff Carpet One did an outstanding job removing our old carpet and hardwood and replacing it with beautiful new flooring. The service was very good. They helped us with the planning, provided us with many recommendations and had no problem when we made a few changes along the way. Installation happened as scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. The installers, Dave and Paul, were the best. Courteous and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with us installing the flooring and new baseboards. Price was competitive with all the national chains, but the service made all the difference. Highly recommended.

This is the best place I have ever purchase carpet , honest , reasonable , great selection and they sent an installer to Vermont for me !!! OMG absolutely amazing just old fashioned service no bait and switch or added expense I will always use Brian !
I was very dissatisfied with my experience after having this company install a carpet in my home. After having issues with the instillation and the installer who was a subcontractor the company took weeks to address the issues never properly addressed them and scheduled appointments to remediate the issues only to cancel them all while telling me I was going to be charged for further appointments. The installer left a huge mess at my house created a bunch a paint chips, which needed to be cleaned and still are in the new carpet (dust) and more painting to cover the damage. The company personal was rude and discourteous. Believe it or not the employee was actually screaming at me over the phone after I payed the bill in full and cleaned and painted all the mess. The installers also broke a light in my home for which I did not charge them. Do not use this company.
