Sad that years ago she did a great job on my first house in Uncasville. But this was an out right horrible experience (yes. Same owner and sales associate). Right from the get go it was tough to even get her to come out and do a measure and discuss the project even though I received a warm an emphatic date and time to meet and discuss. Then after she finally showed and gave great lip service as to what we could do, After patiently waiting for several weeks for my quote I was Given a litany of excuses as to why no one got back to me. We discussed and Again we resolved the material manufacturing issues and seemed to be moving in a positive direction... Her promise was to get back to me quickly. after several attempts weeks later at calling and leaving messages I even stopped into the store. since she was not there I left a message. I never received a phone call back. So what was once a very quick go to recommendation for everyone who asked, “marvel home decorating” will likely never pass my lips in a positive direction again.
