Heather was an excellent teacher. Her directions were clear, concise and her voice was very calming. I also liked the asanas she chose for the practice, as well as her musical selections. I left feeling calm, energized, and deeply stretched.
You have a great selection of classes and so far I’ve really enjoyed all of the different classes that I’ve taken. Your place has a great feel to it.
