Usually love going here and love the food. Placed an order online and came to pick it up with the time we were given. Was told we had to wait another ten minutes which is fine it’s a Sunday morning. We waited nearly 30 minutes only to drive all the way home and both of the sandwiches were wrong. Very frustrating especially since I paid extra for all those yummy toppings.
I wish I could leave a higher rating, because 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough. If you haven't been to Deke's yet, do yourself a favor and GO! Truly delicious bagels, breakfast sandwiches, even smoothies & baked goods. Deke is a genius and he hires incredible people. Derek is the BEST & goes above and beyond to take care of all the Deke's patrons. 50 stars for this place every time! Lucky to have them here in Eastern Connecticut!
By far the best place to get bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They make there own cream cheese flavors and they are wonderful. A must for anyone who loves bagels.
Best bagels and egg sandwiches in CT. For that I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars. However, be prepared to wait 25 minutes for your egg sandwich. Make sure you leave extra time even if its dead... They say 10 minutes every time and everytime its not. Maybe I'm ordering wrong lol. Worth the wait though. Quality ingredients and great flavors.
We’ve been going to Deke’s since he opened years ago and will continue as long as we are lucky enough to have such an amazing bagel shop in town!! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and coffee and muffins are always amazing. There’s only one problem...our kids will no longer eat bagels from anywhere else!! Try the different kinds of cream cheeses as they are all delicious and don’t forget to try the dirt bombs... they melt in your mouth!
