I love places like these... cash only, short employees and the best donuts around. Service is super quick and friendly. Ordering from here is super fun.

Sadly the woman working the window and the manager confused me for an annoying costumer! I was speaking low at the window and it really upset the woman working the window named Emily. When I get to the window she continues to argue with me as I am trying to clear up that she has me mistaken for someone else. I am obsessed with their coffee and I understand the importance of customer service ( I worked in that Field for years before becoming a preschool teacher) so being polite and using my manners are important to me! I was just told “ I heard you do this often” while still being accused of being this annoying customer. Sadly my sons witnessed this as I was suppose to be getting donuts for them. I’ll admit I became passionate to because in a weird way it was important for me to try to show them I’m not who they think I am & that I refer this spot to everyone. In the end nothing was resolved. I didn’t purchase anything besides my coffee because if you’re a mom of multiples you understand the need for a great coffee! I explained the situation to my fiancée and shared with him that I would like him to go inside Flanders in the future and bring up my experience there today in hopes of clearing things up. I admit I became emotional when I left and have hoped that when that “annoying customer” comes to Emily window .. she will remember me and then understand how this al could of been avoided !

The pastries are phenomenal, I had the cinnamon bun! truly an experience that must be experienced, also the muzzies are delicious as well.
