I’ve been going to this Dunkin for a long time and I don’t know why but I’m not going anymore. They always seem to find a way to mess up my orders or forget something no matter how small my order is. The employees there are either really nice or they are unprofessional and just don’t know how to do their jobs. The lines always seem to be held up even when there are more than four people working at once. I just get frustrated every time I order from there, but no more. I’m going to a different one from now on and I suggest other people do too until they hire more people who can do a good job.

I normally dont go to this one but had to one day after getting gas before work. Never again. My machiato tasted like caramel milk even after they added more espresso. The whole point in ordering a machiato is so it tastes like espresso. Either i got coffee or recycled espresso. On top of that my bagel bites were cold, and it should have been fresh since i was waiting for them to finish making my food. They dont read orders because my beyond sausage had white cheddar when i order it with american everyday. Cold sandwich with untoasted english muffin. Oven problems i was told. I did call and they will make it right (hopefully) which gets them 3* but honestly common sense says if the english muffin comes out untoasted, then maybe you shouldnt serve it like that.

What can i get for you didnt sound welcoming instead of welcome to dunkin donuts my i take your order may have a little more Professional, I had a simple order and the order taker messed it up because she wasn't paying attention to what i was saying i had to repeat it several times and Then laughed about it.

Very busy with long line in drive thru due to power outages. Team did great job keeping the line moving quickly and efficiently.
