My recent physical therapy at Gaylord Cheshire with Eric Sokolowski was by far one the most rewarding experiences I have had to date. Eric provided me with a personalized exercise program to enable me to carry out my daily activities with strength and ease. Prior to attending therapy, I was having chronic back, hip and foot pain. I had lost most of my strength and had trouble completing the simplest things and could not sit comfortably for long periods. With Eric’s help, I have the strength and confidence to accomplish so many things and lift an amount of weight I never thought possible. Gaylord PT Cheshire is not the run of the mill PT facility. They provide you with the tools necessary to live a normal life. I would highly recommend it. In addition, the staff is wonderful and accommodating! I look forward to my HEP to maintain my strength! -It is a blessing to find Physical Therapists like Eric Sokolowski. I want to thank you for your support during the rehab I needed after every knee surgery I’ve had. I am glad that I was able to work with you after 4 knee surgeries. Your diagnostics skills, experience and hands-on approach combined with your recommendations and positive reinforcement made my rehab successful every single time. I would like you to know that you have a special ability to encourage and inspire me to get moving again. Although the recovery process is not always easy (we even joked about it calling it a 'sweet pain'), you have helped me realize that a little progress can make a big difference. Gaylord has amazing physical therapists and equipment to help me recover fully after my knee surgery. Kayla had such a high level of expertise and gave me so many new exercises to always keep rehab exciting. I would absolutely recommend Gaylord PT to anyone wanting to get stronger!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Eric S and Kim are two of the best therapists I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They listen to what your goals are and they help you reach them and then some. Everyone who works there is an absolute pleasure

This is the place to go for PT/rehab after shoulder surgery. The Pt staff are all experts & very friendly. Dr Phil Silverio, PT, DPTis the Clinical Supervisor of the Cheshire site & I have had excellent results in a short period of time following his instructions! I’m also very happy that I can continue with the Cheshire facility when we go to Florida from Jan to April. They are able to do Tele/Rehab which allows consistency for me as well as avoiding unnecessary exposure to COVID while in Fla. The Pt assistants are also wonderful here.nIn summary, the entire entire environment far surpasses any other PT experiences I have hadnIn the past. Many thanks, Gaylord!!
