ELITE LANDSCAPING

I hired Bill Kraszewski from Elite Landscaping out of Branford Connecticut. He was hired to remove the bugs from my lawn. My wife and I are trying to sell our home. After several missed appointments Bill Kraszewski finally showed up 2 hours late. I showed Bill the areas in my yard that needed bug removal attention. He gave me a quote and I paid him immediately. Bill then applied applications from a sprayer. After a day or two the grass started to dye and the bugs came out 3 times more! I immediately sent Bill Kraszewski photos of my lawn that he treated. After numerous missed appointments Bill finally showed up very late again. Bill inspected the yard and told me he must of had some herbicide left over in the sprayer and the damage was 100% his fault when he treated the yard for bugs. He then told me he would fix the damage. I called and texted Bill numerous times to fix the yard emphasizing we are trying to sell the house. After several missed appointments, he finally showed up with a bag of grass seed. Bill spread the seed and charged me $60 dollars for the seed. He left a bag of hay for me to spread. Bill did not thatch the dead grass or aerate damaged areas. The grass is still dead 3 weeks later after spending $200 on watering supplies. I contacted Bill for the last time and he told me he is done coming to my house etc. My wife and I are very disappointed and would give no stars if we could. Be very aware of missed appointments set by Bill, no shows with no call or reason and excuse after excuse why he cant come to work on your home. I posted photos of before and after. This review is 100% factual and accurate!! Please be careful before letting Bill from Elite Landscaping from Branford, Ct do any work on your property. !!
