My experience with Alicia was amazing. She was very kind, understanding, and very helpful and supportive. Also, the receptionist John was very helpful and very understanding when I called to get information about the salon and some of the special services offered. He helped me with what I needed and found what I was looking for in changing to a new stylist and salon. Everyone made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Thank you so much for everything
I've been a client of CJ for well over two decades; without a doubt Spectrum Salon is the best place he's been. The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming, while the salon itself is spotless and neat. Not to mention, it's easily accessible from the parkway with convenient hours. I'm always satisfied with the services I receive, and I always receive tons of compliments whenever I go! What's more, Spectrum Salon takes the current global pandemic seriously -- I always feel safe when I am there.
Alicia is the best - extremely skilled, professional, and warm, and treats her customers like family. In nearly ten years I have never had a haircut that was anything less than perfection. She also takes the time to introduce you to new styles and teach do-it-yourself tricks at home. Would never go anywhere else!
What a great gem to find in New Haven! The staff are incredibly friendly and really do their utmost best to make you feel pampered. Alicia cut my hair and did a fabulous job. It’s honestly the best haircut I have ever gotten. But, her amazing job did not just end with the cut, itself. When she washed my hair, it was basically equivalent to a short head massage. Aside from the amazing haircut and wash, the atmosphere and setting are great. If you like to listen to good jazz while getting your hair fix, then this is your place. And they take the utmost caution and care if you are concerned about COVID. Alicia wore a mask and face shield. I will definitely be returning; no questions about it!
I have been a very happy client for 32 yrs. I have never had a bad experience Alicia is honest and will tell when you want haircut and she will you don't need one now.. I can't say enough ,about her . She makes me feel special and never rushes you out the door she is my friend and as long as I can drive and am well I will be here.
