For the initial consultation and communications Mark was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was sincere about resolving any pest issue that we may have and wasn't looking to empty my wallet like some of the big box exterminators. Once i am able to provide Mark some specimens we will work toward a resolve. Will definitely update my review at that time
The last three years we had ants in the house during he summer months. We had a nest that we unknowingly disturbed so they came out by the hundreds if not more. Called Total Pest and they were punctual, effective, and honest. It's been about three months since Total Pest treated for ants. Haven't seen an ant since!
I called Mark to remove 2 wasps nests on a listing I have going on the market in a couple of days. He was there within a hour at the best price! 1 hour later one of my tenants called me with another wasp nest at another location. Mark was there within 30 minutes but couldn't find a nest. I suggested I pay him for the consultation and he refused. As a realtor I'm always looking for a team of contractors I can trust. Mark is my new pest control guy!!!
Recently moved to Cheshire and needed an ant and pest control vendor ASAP. Mark and the team at Total Pest Control were able to schedule a visit right away. Mark explained the products he’d be using and eased our concerns about about using them around our young children. Literally with one treatment, eliminated our issues. Could not recommend this group more. 5 stars.
We recently had a patio put in and shortly after had a problem with ants invading the patio. They were actually eating through the the hard adhesive in between the pavers. Mark came out and treated the patio. He came back several times to check on the progress and apply more treatment as needed, taking care of our problem. Mark was very responsive, professional and super easy to deal with. We are happy Mark is the person that was recommended to us. In talking with him, I also learned that he was a long time veteran. That is an extra bonus in my book.
