I recently bought a new garage refrigerator that unfortunately had a faulty fan. I was set up with mcnellis appliance through the warranty and couldn’t be happier. They were prompt and responsive, keeping me abreast of everything including shipping times. They came immediately and did a fantastic job! John was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will use them again
I never leave bad good reviews for companies because I myself work in customer service and I know it is not always easy but this experience was so awful that I needed to say something. When I called they were Extremely rude. I am a first time home owner and i purchased my washers just under three years ago so this is my first hiccup in having them breakdown. They were acting as if my questions and inquiring about information was a bother. So very disrespectful. I have Maytag products and they are covered under warranty by them and they recommended this company and I am calling Maytag to request a different company. Absolutely awful.
Quick response. Reasonable price. Washer was fixed in a matter of an hour!
4 visits to try to fix the dishwasher over 2 1/2 months! kept blaming the company for sending broken parts, we finally hired someone else who fixed it in 2 days. The rudest person ever answering the phone.nNeed I say more? The only reason we posted one star because you can't post without it. Stay away!
