Amazing company. One of the first honest up front companies I ever met. I schedule them for cleaning two chimneys. They looked and said only one needed a cleaning, they could have easily cleaned both and I would have never known. They checked the roof took pictures and showed me repairs. They said what needed to be done soon and what could be done later. Not like other companies who say this needs to be fixed now and trys to turn a simple cleaning to a 1000. Job. The guys (i forgot their names sorry) were friendly honest and explained everything they were doing. They were covid safe masks, gloves everything. I would recommend them to everyone hands down no questions. They have earned a customer for life! And referrals for everyone i talk tonnThanks guys you were the best!!
Efficient and effective. In the context that we are very fussy folks: They were a bit sloppy to start, with throwing pieces of brick into our back wooded area etc. to start. One request to do better resolved the issue. Clean up was so so, with only a few minor issues. The new brick would have been better a little lighter than darker than old brick, but they may age together over time. The workmanship seems fine and the workers were always polite and responsive to us.
Very professional. Great communication and a job well done. Had a number of challenges with other companies and was grateful to find and work with NCS.
My husband and I wanted to use a local business in Wolcott. They were excellent every step of the way, from the moment they came out to quote our chimney issues to our finished product. They were extremely knowledgeable and great service. Thank you again!
I ran into this young man at the grocery store and he overheard me talking to a friend about wanting a wood burning stove. He gave me his card and was able to show me a few pictures. He was very nice and told me I could come in anytime and he’d be more than happy to show me the stoves on display and give me more information. My husband and I will definitely be in to discuss pricing and stove options.
