Five Star Barber Shop

I went to Five Star for the first time for a haircut and shave. They were both done perfectly and at a reasonable price. Chris, the owner, is a great barber and a great guy! Five stars for Five Star!

This guy plays with time and money like it’s a complete joke. I go here regularly. It’s just him and one other. Been a loyal customer for a good while. He tries to play you. He’ll give you a price and then go back on his word because you might have gave him a little tip. Very calm and collected but a fine little schemer if you don’t focus on the games he try to play.

He should change the name to 2 Star barbershop. I walked in last week and there was two guys sitting on the bench and I wasn’t sure which one was the barber. No one greeted me and I just sat down then they sat up and one of the guys starting cutting the other mans hair. Another two guys walked in for a haircut and the barber never greeted or said hello to them either, after waiting for awhile one of the guys just left.nnOnce it was my turn I looked at the barber and ask if he was ready, he just stared at me with a blank face. I asked again all set for me? Still nothing from him. So I just go and sit in the chair. I tell him what I want done and he starts. He cuts my hair on the sides short and beats my head with the thick black brush I barely have any hair so I couldn’t understand why he’d brush so hard.nnWhile cutting I’m looking at the price board it said $17 and up. My hair is alittle thin on the top and without asking me he sprays this black stuff on top of my head to give the appearance of more hair/color . After he finished I asked him is it$17? he laughs and said no $22 I’m like why does your board say $17. He’s a scammer I gave him a small tip cuz the cut was okay. I only went there cuz I was in town for a few days. There are 3 more barbershops on the same Street. Definitely go some place else. I think the guy who cut me was Greg. His customer service is horrible.nnT
