The staff @ the Allstate branch is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and help resolve with clients needs and expectations.nnI have had the pleasure of meeting Maria, one of the agents @ the Wolcott office. She is very knowledgeable and helps out with different kinds of insurance. She answers questions and explains when clarification is needed. She also helps explore products at the best prices possible. Returns phone calls with requested answers in a timely manner.
Great office, Maria speaks Spanish which is a huge plus for members of my family. I can stop in the office any time for payments and questions and they always help find me competitive rates. I called the 1-800 Allstate number but got a better rate and more appropriate coverage stopping in to the office. I highly recommend this office.
I can not speak higher about the help I have received from Connor! He really listened to my concerns and helped me choose an insurance plan that accommodated to what I was looking for. Connor and his entire staff have always been very friendly on the phone and are very approachable. I feel comfortable even asking “stupid” questions. :) I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a new insurance company or even just want true costumer service!
