The moment I entered the gym , I knew I was staying ! The staff there were so welcoming . I have gone to other gyms and not one person would greet me. At Crunch, the staff are so welcoming and seemed very invested in your weight loss journey! The encouragement you get is second to none. They are always asking for client feedback so that they can better enhance their gym! They have so many classes available. The class instructors are amazing and the workouts are great! I am happy with the decision to switch my gym!
The gym is fantastic, very clean and professional. Nate the manager is fantastic in answering all of me questions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the extremely clean facility and seeing members cleaning all the machines and common areas thoroughly. Definitely makes the environment more pleasurable. Allows me to feel safe while I workout.
Crunch Fitness is helping me reach my fitness goals. All the staff make you feel comfortable and the trainers are knowledgeable and help you push yourself to meet your goals. The classes are lots of fun. Oh and the whole place cleaned constantly! Definitely glad I joined!
This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. They disinfect ever hour. The trainers are amazing they make you feel super comfortable while training with them. Staff in the front desk are completely helpful! Management is super cool and professional. Crunch truly cares for every member and makes sure all needs are met. Love it here! I 100% recommend crunch to everyone.
Amazing gym and Manager Nate is amazing. Also personal trainer Ray is the best around in Waterbury. Highly recommend coming here, and it’s very clean & safe here. Come down to Crunch now
