So I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before my drive today around 3pm when this particular dunkin was nice and slow, I time where you’d expect decent service and of course getting your order right. Not the case today, my receipt may say the correct order but they forgot my hash browns and messed up the rest of the simple order. It seems to me after my experience that only the woman who took my order was on top of her stuff and at least tried. So shout out to Evelis for doing her job but you won’t see me at this dunkin again. Could only imagine how they are during busy times
Best morning crew that I have come across.nAlways so nice and greets me every time with a smile. Makes my mornings a little better.
The people behind the counter are very hardworking. The store is clean.nThe fruit filled donuts could do with more equalized distribution of jelly throughout the entire donut, and not just enough to fill one bite sized area. After the fruit is gone it's just a dry, powdered donut.nLast, maybe it's me but do all of the flavored coffees taste the same?nThe only time I can taste a difference is when there's mint in it.nAll those things aside, service is fast and efficient, the team members are polite. The sandwiches taste great ( I love the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant).nIt's one of those places where you have to try it yourself and decide, however, the prices are more reasonable than some other places, and they offer senior discounts.nCheck them out.
They take care to make my order the right way not thrown together as some other franchises do
