JAY Fishbein Insurance is one of the finest business I've worked with. As my insurance agent and company, my wife and I had a massive flood in our house 3 weeks before it was to close for sale. We called ournInsurance Company and they sent an adjuster who happened to put his people in that did not work out and he seemed to mess everything up. When Jay got word of this mismanagement he called the insurance company and got involved and the company ended up getting a new adjuster and the repair vendor Jay selected, had my house fully restored to better than new condition within the time to close and watched the entire job. This is why he is the best company you can work with. Thank you, Jay.

I’ve had JJ Fishbein for my home, car and business insurance for years. I’ve used him because I feel he’s always had my best interests as a priority. Whenever I’ve had a question I was able to get an answer on the first phone call. When a lower rate has been available they would call me to discuss the options - often without me asking. I feel you can’t get that kind of concern and service from any other insurance company.

I have used JJ Fishbein Inc insurance since it’s inception for all of my insurance needs. I guess you can say that I have been a very satisfied customer for about 55 years. First with Jays father and uncle on Center Street, where I met Jay, and then with Jay when he opened his insurance agency on North Main Street. After all of these years, I have been well served by Gerry and Jay with respect, understanding, caring, and professionalism. Whenever the need arises or I have a question, a simple call to the office and Gerry immediately takes care of the situation. There are many insurance agencies and it may be possible to to even find one with better rates, but there’s none with the kind of personal customer service like JJ Fishbein
