Yankee Cloth is the best fabric store in the state in my opinion. They have two floors of various fabrics - mostly civil war reproduction fabrics, which are often rare to come by in stores around here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they also allow 1/8 cuts while a lot of other shops do not. They also have a various supply of holiday fabrics depending on the season, and their chic, flannel, and free spirit fabrics are also lovely. I travel two hours roundtrip to this shop frequently because it is well worth the drive.

Excellent selection of quilting Cotton's. Also lots of batik fabric and lots of classic prints. Friendly, too!

Knowing nothing about sewing or other related crafts—this was a bright, beautiful store with tons of neat fabrics and very helpful staff. Worth a trip to check it out.
