I’ve heard the hype about Neils, I’ve had their donuts at my shop but I’ve never actually been to Neils Donuts. This morning we decided to get Neils for the kids so I went there around 9:30am. The parking lot was packed and there was a line around the building. I thought for sure this would be an hour long ordeal.....I was wrong! The line moved extremely fast, when I got inside there were so many people yelling orders to the Neils Crew. The young lady that helped me was awesome! All the employees seemed to work in unison behind the counter to get the orders out. This was clearly “controlled chaos” at its best. Well done Neils Crew. For anyone that sees the massive amount of cars or the long line, don’t let it bother you. You’ll be out the door in no time with the most incredible donuts......

Absolutely amazing donuts. The best I’ve ever had. So fresh, delicious, flavorful and filling. The staff are super friendly, kind, and helpful. This is truly a wonderful place and we are glad to have it in Connecticut. I was here for the first time last week and I most definitely will be back multiple times. Best donut shop in CT by far. They also have other things on the menu that also look delicious. Definitely a great place to stop and grab a snack or breakfast.

By far one of the best highlights Wallingford has to offer!! Everything is made fresh throughout the day not just once in the morning. A variety of donuts and sweets. Really good coffee as well! The staff is very friendly and even Neil the owner is there very often. Prices are extremely reasonable as well!! I always bring a dozen donuts to any function and they are always a hit!

Great donuts, good selection of donuts no matter the time of day I have been there, and the price is fair considering the high quality and freshness of the donuts. Highly recommend.
