The shop attendant at this store were awesome and a great pleasure to deal with. They are a rare gem to come across. They perfectly custom made the perfect engagement ring as per my request, kept it well within my budget, and my girlfriend absolutely loves it. Absolutely love the redesign that Mara did of my old engagement ring! Added yellow sapphires (yellow is my birthstone) to the sides of my solitude diamond. Can't stop looking at it! It went from a ring that sat in my jewelry box to a ring I will wear every day! Describing it does not do it justice! I wish I could share a pic! Mara was fabulous to work with and pays attention to detail. With her expertise this ring really pops! Couldn't be happier!
About 2-3 years ago I brought my badly broken Seiko here to get it fixed. On top of intrinsic value it held a lot of sentimental value. Now it’s the only place I trust my watch to as I was so impressed with the owners’ knowledge and the customer experience.nnI have also bought jewelry there for my wife. Again, always a tremendous customer experience. I can’t say enough positive about the owner and her store.
