To be clear, I haven't used Our House to do a project but contacted them on an estimate.nnAbout two months ago I reached out to Our House on a floor and kitchen project. I spoke with Rachel who was very helpful and I laid out my plans. I said I would be closing in a month and wanted to start the project ASAP after that so I could move in sooner rather than later. All was well and she let me know to reach back out when the date got closer and we could discuss further.nnFast forward a month and I am a week away from closing and go to set up an appointment for measurements to get a proper estimate and the response was pretty lukewarm. Rachel doesn't even follow up with me, one of her staff does and then they tell me they are booked until February. It was underwhelming to say the least, in a months time I guess they booked out four months worth of work, either that or they neglected to say that during the first phone consultation. They knew my timeline from the beginning so I felt this was a waste of time in the end for both our parts. Definitely had the feeling my project wasn't high end enough for them and was put on the back burner.
Our House designed and created our finished basement. We bid the project out to several highly acclaimed companies, but Rachel and Drew had a vision and thoroughness that far exceeded everybody else. Their pricing was fair and it was an easy decision to choose them.nIt was a great decision. The work is exemplary. Their team was courteous, clean and efficient. The project was completed on their original schedule and we now have a gorgeous basement that our friends rave about! I would HIGHLY recommend Our House
This is our second home and time with Rachel and Drew for kitchen design and installation.nWe loved our first kitchen done with them. Now number 2!!!nMoney well spent thus far with design ideas, time in our home and on the phone and computer looking at and sharing thoughts about how I use my kitchen space. It takes a huge burden off of me knowing that they know their products and they take the time to know us.nThrilled!
Rachel and Drew are awesome! Our House is a local design and installation company who have been in town for a long time and have a Great reputation.Rachel is a fab designer and nobody else can design a kitchen better then her! Drew is a skilled carpenter and easily installs everything. The trick to all of this is knowing the details and how to accentuate them so everything looks fresh and special. I am a builder and have used our house for my kitchen and was very satisfied. Many others can promise the same but Rachel and Drew get it done quickly and on time and on budget, that is such a pleasure rather then have your home disturbed and delayed like so many others do! I would recommend our house to anybody looking to do anything from a new kitchen or bath to a whole renovation as you are in good hands!
When it comes to house renovation, you need someone you can trust. Someone with experience and who has done this many times over for the nicest of homes. Our House Design and Construction did an amazing job in our home, on schedule and within the budget established. Rachel and Drew are highly recommended professionals who will make your design dream come true. 5 stars!
