I've had nothing but quick and professional service here. The gentleman people speak of, I can see where he may be perceived as rude. He's not the most chipper person on the planet but does that really matter? He has been helpful when I have called with questions. They've been there with the same owner for as long as I can remember. I find them reliable and helpful.
Update your Google maps hours. I just drove 20 minutes out of my way to see a sign on the door. Closed.
Well, I made the mistake of using this UPS store again. I figured since my last post maybe the employee had been instructed to wear his mask while he was working. He was wearing a mask, but he was not wearing it properly. Cover your nose with your mask!!! Why is this guy still working at the store? He’s horrible! His attitude, personality, and his disrespect for the health of his customers are all horrible.
They don't answer their calls. Mailbox always full when you call.
I have been going to this location for years. Len, the owner, has been nothing but helpful to both me and my husband each time we go in. I have found the same from the latest young man who is working there.
