I brought my comforter to be washed I had never been there before the woman at the front was kind of rude . I’ve never had to have anything dry cleaned so I wasn’t sure how the process worked . I brought my comforter in its original packaging which I intended on receiving back . When I picked up it was in another packaging I asked where the original was and they stated they would call me if they found it . I received a message a week later stating they did not have it and they normally do not keep customers comforter bags. I was shocked because I did not give permission to throw away my own personal item nor did they ask . Unfortunately I will not be coming back
Fantastic customer service. I had an issue (not their fault) and they were really nice about it. Highly recommended.
$3.50 per Linen Napkin when others charge $2.50. Its more to clean a Napkin than a Dress Shirt?!? Get a grip!
Jenny k cleaners is the best! They carefully cleaned my daughters wedding dress to pristine condition.
Went there for years but then they destroyed the buttons on one of my suits.nnI asked them to replace the buttons they broke in the dry cleaning process but they blamed me for the broken buttons!nnThe nerve! Especially to treat a long-time customer that way.nnBut no more.nnI now go to Topnotch on the south side of Cheshire and am quite happy. Plus they have an onsite tailor with whom to discuss repairs.nnNot sure what the privileged is to go to JennyKs but customer satisfaction is not a priority at this small laundry chain.nnGood luck if they mutilate your clothing!
