I cannot say enough good things about Rich & Doug at the Allstate Office on East Main Street. There has not been one single time that Doug or Rich did not answer a question or address a concern.nThey have provided me with years of good service. They know their clients and would always address me by name. I definitely felt like an individual not a number. They always went above and beyond.nI highly recommend both Rich & Doug.
Extremely caring and compassionate for customers needs. Douglas Haywood was very helpful in guiding me through policies I was added too prior to the passing of my grandmother and helping me understand the changes in policies afterwards. Very attentive in helping me get all the paper work in very short time frame ( and I mean very short notice of me needing them, like less than an hour) I’m so grateful for this stress less experience in such a hard time for my family!
I knew Doug years before I worked with him. He is the most honest and ethical insurance owner abd helped my family with financial products advice when it was a critical time for my dad after my mom died.
