I appreciate great customer service and Thomas Cormier definitely exceeded my expectations as always. He contacted me a few days before to remind me that he was coming. I responded to let him know of a few issues I was having so he was prepared to treat those issues. When he arrived, we spoke and he asked a few other questions regarding mice, which reminded me that we had an issue over the summer. He promptly set up traps in our garage. The conversation was friendly and professional. I am happy to have him as my Terminix representative.

Be careful using this company. Their sales person led me to believe that I had a huge rodent problem and convinced me to sign up for their 2 year service. Sealing the house from rodents took only about an hour or so. Traps were set under the assumption that there was a serious problem. After 2 months the total number of mice caught is 1. I would not consider that a serious rodent problem. I would also note that the 2 technicians that serviced the house both indicated that I do not have a serious problem and never did. They will not let me cancel the contract and issue a partial refund. The person I spoke to has a very poor attitude. He kept interrupting me on the phone and would not answer most of the questions that I asked. He had me on speaker phone and I could hardly hear him with all the noise in the background. Very unprofessional. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you need this type of service.

Mathew service was great today. He took his time to look through all the property and educate the tenants on how to avoid rodents. I recommend Terminix to all my readers.
