Had a great experience all around. Went in after a phone call with a polite gentleman about the Series 6 Apple watch. He confirmed stock and all info I needed.nnThe sales agent I was put with was not pushy at all and breezed through adding my new watch and trading in the old. He found a few issues with my business account from a previous setup and put a plan in place to resolve them.nnAll around a great team I wish I knew names off the top of my head to give direct credit.

Jarred was amazing! My husband and I got new phones and spent 2 hours on chat line with no success. Jarred had both phones up and running in 5 minutes flat! Extremely helpful and pleasant and very knowledgeable ... We will be back ud83dude01

the manager jeff looks you dead in the eyes with a straight face and just blatantly lies....I got a ridiculous bill with all these fees so I called Verizon and they told me I didn’t have to do that and could have just got the phone without changing my plan or adding anything extra. I may be old but I’m not dumb. Better off doing it online instead of coming here to get screwed.

Our Verizon rep, Jarred, did a fantastic job helping us fix a mixup setting up our new Pixel 4a phones. We tried to set them up online to no success. He was polite, professional and prompt. We had a great experience and will definitely come back again!

We purchased a second set of new phones in Oct again with Jarred. I'm looking at my upcoming bill and it will be ridiculously high for Dec. When I called the Oxford store I was told by an employee Jarred is no longer there. Back in the summertime I had called to speak with Jarred and was spoken to very rudely by a brand new employee. I told Jarred what has transpired.nI decided to call the Guilford office on Sat and spoke to the manager named Dave snd asked him to have Kelly the district manager call me. As of today no call.. I called back today and spoke to Tristan and explained my account situation. He was given permission to look at my acct and told me no new bills were out. I explained twice that my act says it will be $170.00. He was very confused .I asked if he would call or text Kelly to call me. He says he will try?? They are busy. I said call her or text. I'm a busy person too and Im the customer. Tristan needs retraining in his job!!nI just read a review today from someone that had an interaction with your Oxford location 4 days ago and it's terrible....I'm not a satisfied customer. If I don't receive a call back soon I will be contacting the corporate office in NYC.
