I don't understand how a business owner can treat potential customers with such disregard. John Costello came to my home to look at the job I needed done. We chatted, he was very pleasant, beware of nice guys, and assured me this was an easy job to accomplish and then a few days later gave me a quote. I approved the quote, we set up an appointment and he never showed. Never called, never got in touch, just blew off the job and I never heard from him again. This is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad, unreliable man and company and I would NEVER call this company again. EVER!!!! Buyer BEWARE. There is one star highlighted because google wouldn't allow me to leave a review unless I highlighted one star. NO STARS FOR THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY.
Horrible experience. Beware & get everything in writing. Order materials wrong 3 times and never leveled off some areas he promised. Left his workers unsupervised to the point where they called me at 2AM because they couldn’t reach him and it was an after hour job. John promised me he would come back 3 times to make it right, he never did and became irate when I called him on a follow up. He completely reversed what he promised to do. He was cheaper than other quotes, and, as we know, you get what you pay do. My bad
Material not good quality, I had kitchen floor, bathroom done, already buckle, gaps and owner states after 4 years plus, that I using to much water, like I don't know how to mop, a swifter is what I use so, it's just poor quality flooring and he doesn't go out off his way to help if there is a problem. I paid cash, my mistake. Never again.
