So unprofessional and a stinking attitude to customers who ironically give them business and get them paid! They charged $100 to come fix a tent I bought from them. They showed up late, did not finish the job although they promised to return and only one person showed up. Ignored complaints and email. Please learn to be professional and show some respect to your customers!nnAnd you can tell how they are not even addressing the bad reviews on their page and only addressing the good ones.
We’ve used this company several times for a few events at our home. Excellent responsiveness and a great variety of items. Worked well with us when we had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic.

I went to Taylor Rentals over in Orange today for the first time, as the normal place I used to buy propane from has since ceased selling propane.nThe staff greeted me in a very courteous manner, and immediately set me up for a fill, as I use small 10 lb cylinders.nOnce out back, there was a man already waiting by the fill station, super friendly… and he took care of me in no time at all.nIt’s rare that I walk into a place and feel absolutely welcomed and right at home.nTaylor Rentals in Orange CT is the place to go if you want friendly customer service who value your business, even if it is just for filling propane.nExcellent place, highly recommended.
Always a helpful staff, linens are beautiful and trendy!
