I'm in my 60s now I've been with Allstate since I've started driving in my teens. So many insurance company at this point want your business and advertising for your business. But I have proven this company to be worthy of my business because when things go wrong in your life they do back you up and that's all you want accompanied to back you up when things go wrong. When there was a fire at my house they came over and cut me a check. The amount was more than I thought they had my back. When I had accidents in my car they cut me a check and repaired the damage they got my back so why would I switch. Like the commercial says you're in good hands with Allstate I prove that logo more than once

I like the concept of having a personal contact when you need one, somebody who will be a buffer between the individual customer and the big and impersonal machine that all of the industry giants have to be to manage their huge customer bases. With the degree of personal attention for each of your customers that you work hard to maintain, you are surely among the very best of their representatives and a huge asset.

Was a satisfied client for 8+ years. Then came a claim, and there has been zero action by Eric and team. My unoccupied parked car was hit in a parking lot. Lucky for me their was a parking lot attendant. They called the police and the driver admitted fault. All documents and police report submitted. Going on 9 months and I’ve still have not received full restitution to cover damages. I’m not even sure the quote I got 9 months ago is still market price.nnYour experience may differ, but I wanted to share mine.
