I enjoy shopping at this location. My latest trip I was slightly disappointed. There were only 3 associates (1 outside greeting and making customers wait till someone came out, 1 behind the register, and 1 working the sales floor.) There were plenty of people in the store that were looking for assistance for various reasons. For Saturday being a peak day in retail there should've been a couple more associates on.
I love Yankee Candle! People who work there are always friendly and helpful.
Joanna the women working here was probably the nicest person I've met in a while. So helpful and just a great person. Helped me pick out candles for my mom's birthday! Thank you so much!
