Irving was communicative and professional. I would highly recommend this service and Irving's work!nnThe job was the removal of a large, metal awning. It went perfectly.nnThe removal, as expected, revealed a few preexisting imperfections underneath. I indicated that I was interested in doing it the lighter touch repairs myself, and he went above and beyond to provide genuine insight rather than a sales pitch. I'm tempted to just give him a call so I don't have to worry about it...nnGreat stuff.
It was a breeze working with John and Rick . They were prompt in all correspondence and clear in expectations of services provided. Work performed was well done, no skimping. They sent pictures and updates throughout each day’s progress. We utilized their services for vanity installation, faucet replacement, removing ivy growing on chimney, pressure washing siding, spreading mulch in landscaping, cleaning roof and installing gutter guards. Very pleased. Highly recommended.
I needed assistance in installing a sliding patio screen door that didn't quite fit right. I thought a new track and possibly some other complicated work would need to be done, but Irving was able to figure out a better and less expensive way to fix the problem. Irving was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and Ace Handyman services!

Daniel was attentive to the needs of the project, consistently communicated progress, and exhibited craftsmanship with a particularly challenging task.
