Eddie and Joe are two of the most genuinely helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with; bar none. They want to help, they’re there to help, and they practice nothing but the most indifferent helpfulness I personally have ever bore witness to. If I could rate rate 6 stars, that still wouldn’t suffice. If you have a choice I implore you to frequent or at least visit east coast pawn on first st. These guys really are here to help.
Been going to this store for many years and have always had good friendly and professional service. The old owner Steve and his associate Lauren are top notch. He has gone out of his way to do the right thing on more than one occasion. Altogether good people and a good place to do business.
Amazing establishment with amazing employees. You know how you have that bad feeling After leaving a pawnshop that you’ve been worked over? If you know what I’m talking about you’re going to the wrong place and need to try east coast pawn on first avenue,West Haven. You leave feeling like you got a fair deal and that you weren’t just robbed. The employees are super nice and helpful, just always a warm welcome here. Highly recommend them. They’ve let me pick up items multiple times for a few dollars less than what I owed, they will work with you because they appreciate your business.
I always come to East Coast Pawn whenever I need a little extra cash until pay day. They’re always so friendly in there, the way they greet you is awesome as they make you feel very comfortable. Lauren and Jose just helped me out and they were both great, I've dealt with Lauren and the guys several times and I always leave there in a good mood and knowing my belongings that are there are safe until I pick them back up.
The new owners are super nice and friendly. They also gave me a great deal for my xbox and games. Highly recommend if you don't want to be ripped off somewhere else
