My insurance seems to go up every 6 months instead of going down (their slogan is a lie). I’ve been with them for a while, using the drive wise (when the app wants to work) and I’ve saved less than $15. I’ve had issues with the professionalisms of the workers in the past so I don’t bother calling the office anymore. I definitely plan on shopping around, hopefully I find better soon.nNo accidents = issuance increasesnDrive wise = barely any savings (less that $15)nNot great customer service

I love Allstate Insurance. They are always so helpful with changes to my policy. They do not go up every time it is time to renew your policy.
