Bought a chain from them 2 months ago and it already broke. I asked them to fix the chain under warranty, not only did they refuse to fix the chain but advised me if it was fixable they would of charged me anyway. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. Would not recommend this place.

I used to only purchase jewelry from this store.nI had to stop coming because the tall Chinese guy is so rude I would just leave if he said his wife wasn’t there.. but then she started getting full of herself also. There’s way better jewerly stores then this place. They are so overpriced with horrible service it don’t make sense.

Been buying from them for the past 9 years, repairs, cleaning, prices and quality top notch, stop by there to window shop and I guarantee you will leave there a first time customer, I'm a repeat customer and I feel like family they do not forget a face! ud83dudcaf
