Was in Waterbury mall store yesterday, saw they had Pandora charms. I collect them and give them away to family and friends. Young sales lady was rude and didn't bother to greet or show myself or my friend any of the items. Was told to look online to find the one I wanted. They don't have catalogs or the charms availability. Then continued to converse with another sales associate.nIf they work on compensation I feel sorry. You need to engage with the customer to get business.

Absolutely worst costumer service experience ever. Walked in and was assisted by a woman who obviously did not want to assist us, assuming by our appearance ( 24 and 25 yrs old) we looked past the attitude and asked to view the opal rings and she actually refused to show me... told me that opals are soft and can’t be used as weddings rings. I kindly assured her that I was aware of the information and still wanted to look. With plenty of sass she agreed and brought us over to the opals. Any questions I asked were met with an attitude and within a couple of minutes she left us to assist a new costumer. Angry, I simply just left and went across the hall to Zales where we spent a couple of grand on my new Wedding ring!nnPretty disappointed that my wedding adventure started off in this manner but thankfully our money did not go into her wallet, but to the kind workers at Zales who spent an hour with us custom ordering our perfect opal ring!

Was great to call the store and have a staff member there access me with want I was looking for. Went into the mall store in Waterbury and was very pleased.

Experience was very unprofessional. The gentleman I dealt with today was amazing, however the lady that was there was VERY rude. I would rather take a trip to the another pandora store than drive right down the street to this location.
