I can't recommend NuAge enough! We saw some bugs in our bedrooms that looked like bedbugs, and so we called. He came the next day right on time for an inspection as scheduled. He was polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. He was accommodating to our request that he use boot covers [due to a latex allergy]. He took one look at the bugs and informed us that they were likely bat bugs instead of bed bugs. He got them tested to be positive, and he was right. He informed us about bat bugs, and recommended a bat removal specialist. He could have been sloppy or lied to get more money, and he didn't- he was upfront, honest, and amazingly helpful. Everything you'd want in pest removal services. The other people we called weren't even going to inspect- just charge us to spray! We know who we're calling next time we have issues, it'll be NuAge.
Billy is amazing and showed up immediately after contacting him. Provided top level service. Professional and very informative of types of treatments. Have a major spider problem and Billy handled it like a total professional. He took the time to search the areas in garage, basement, and outside. Billy took care of it thoroughly targeting the spiders. Very happy to have found Billy and would highly recommend. Response time, punctuality, knowledge top notch.
Billy came to our house very soon after contacted. He thoroughly inspected each room and we had a heat extermination 2 days later. He was very informative during the inspection and remediation process. You get no BS from him! He is extremely dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. He is honest and trustworthy and pricing is fair. I highly recommend Billy to anyone with a pest problem- nice guy who knows his stuff- you will not be disappointed!
Billy is very responsive and has lots of tricks up his sleeve to handle myriad issues. We are glad to have his number in our virtual Rolodex--you never know what could come up!
