definitely need to remind myself while visiting CT., not to use this location. first time, same as my second attempt- attitude and what I like to refer to as polite rudeness- fairly certain people know what that means. Love Dunkin products, however, can do without the biting, argumentative personality.
I love this Dunkin Donuts. The only reason I gave it only two stars, and not five, is because there is one young girl who looks like she hates her job . When I drive up to the window, she doesn’t say hello. She hands over the donuts while looking away in the opposite direction. But most importantly, she wears her mask with the nose exposed. The last time I was there, I told her to properly cover her face to protect customers. She just glared at me and refused to cover her face. Sorry Dunkin. This two star rating is more than justified.
Clueless staff, running around with no method to the obvious madness. Did a mobile order for drive thru, which wasn’t ready when I pulled up so they said to drive around & park so they can bring it out. 10 MINUTES LATER, nothing so I went inside & they still didn’t have my coffees until I asked where it was (saw one of the staff make them at that moment).nnThey also brought me my ham egg & cheese sandwich which, when I got to the car, was cold because they must have actually done that at the right time.nnNow I see why this Dunkin’ has such poor reviews; not ideal when I’m trying to enjoy my time home for Thanksgiving week.
Very rude staff members, under cooked food and rushing customers to give change. Then charged twice for food, that was in the first order. The night shift is awful!
They are fast, friendly and accurate with your order!
