I've been to Dr. Wayne many times. He is knowledgeable, warm, and very professional. The best part of this business is that you can always get an appointment and when you are there, you are dealing with Dr. Wayne and not a PT assistant.

Dr. Wayne is very professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. Very friendly staff and appointments are flexible. I had hip replacement and my recovery here was amazing.

What a great experience. Dr Wayne contacted me almost immediately after he got my referral and it has been an awesome experience. From first appointment until now nothing but positive experience. The girls at the front counter are very friendly and welcome me every time I come in. The girls st the end of the treatment are also very friendly and bring the whole treatment to a positive end. Dr Wayne spend the time instructing new exercises as well as making sure I’m completing them correctly for the best results. First, Let me preface my comments by saying that I have had 19 surgeries in the last 19 years, many of them orthopedic in nature. 7 knee operations, rotator cuff procedures on both shoulders, a left blown out bicep tendon as well as requiring physical therapy treatment for chronic pain for the above as well as physical therapy for chronic neck and back pain due to several herniated discs throughout my spinal column and a severely broken right arm near my shoulder. That said I have seen and been treated by many, at least 20, physical therapists during that time and I have to say without any reservation that Dr. Wayne Ritchie is the best I have ever been to. His knowledge of orthopedic and related medical issues not only surpasses any previous physical therapists I have seen but his knowledge and experience surpasses many of the orthopedic surgeons and Doctors I have seen for my many conditions. His ability to understand your issues and come up with a comprehensive plan to suit your situation, facilitate your healing, recovery and pain relief is superb. He works closely with you during your sessions so that you get way more one on one time than I have ever gotten at other physical therapy factories where the therapist sees you briefly then gives you a list of exercises to do under minimal supervision. Dr. Wayne is extremely patient, caring, compassionate, explains everything about your issues, treatment plan and answers any questions you may have. I have never ever felt rushed or ignored. He has always squeezed me in if I had a flare up of one of my many conditions and many times I have called him or texted him and he has either answered immediately or gotten back to me within 10 minutes if I had a question. His staff and facilities couldn't be better. His staff is excellent and facilitates are clean and well equipped and he has multiple locations. Without question Dr. Wayne Ritchie is the best Physical Therapist I have EVER been to and would highly recommend him to anyone for any condition that requires physical therapy.nnH. Weinberg
