Blake, at Michaels Jewelers has been a huge help since day one. He helped my fiancee and I with both picking out her engagement ring and picking out our wedding bands. He's was very kind and patient as I had no idea what style wedding band I wanted and made recommendations that fit what I ended up wanting perfectly (it's like he's a mind reader). All around great guy at a great place!

excellent store and customer service, yesterday I went with my wife to change the size of the Pandora bracelet and it was the best experience in a jewelry store that I have had they wrapped the bracelet as if I had bought it there at the time, the one who attended me She was an older blonde lady, I don't know the name, I only have her code on the receipt but I appreciate your attention.

Quiet possibly the worst experience I’ve had in a VERY long time. I came in here to purchase a gift for somebody and there were 5 people working on this particular day and they were ALL staring at me the entire time so you can imagine how awkward that can be for somebody. I asked to look at some diamonds and two people accompanied me as if I were going to steal them...and on top of that another person was maybe 2 feet away just listening to the conversation was having with the two ladies working that day. I decided on what I wanted to purchase and they brought it to the register and maybe halfway through the transaction they are all staring at me and laughing like there was some sort of inside joke and you could tell it was directed towards me for some reason. It made me completely embarrassed and it ruined my evening. It turned me off completely and I didn’t even want to do business with this jeweler anymore. I will go as far as to say I hated it here. It honestly sucked :/

I am always greeted and called by my name when I walk in . Everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate me and what I am looking for. Especially Sandy , she is so friendly and professional at all times . She listens to what you need and does everything to help . Even looking in Catalogs, and checking around with different companies. I couldn’t be happier with Michaels and won’t go anywhere else.nThank u so muchnLouise

Shopping at Michael’s is always a wonderful experience!nSandy is terrific and has such a great eye for style; she’s very helpful and informative, and you cannot beat her attention to detail and customer service!nI’m glad my best friend introduced me to Michael’s, and I doubt I’ll shop anywhere else for jewelry in the future.
