Went into the Milford Mall Claire’s yesterday and was waiting quite some time to be rung out. One worker was helping pierce a baby’s ears. Another worker walked out from the back and I thought she might of been logging in to her register, until she finished and walked away to start tidying up the store. I said, “excuse me, can you please ring me out?” She said, “no, sorry, your just going to have to wait a little bit.” To say the least, I was floored. I waited another few minutes for nothing. No one came to ring me out. I put my items down and walked out of the store. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t bother coming here again.

Workers very rude . Machines “don’t work” .. bad service.

They have everything one is looking for with friendly associates. Their prices have absolutely skyrocketed though over the past few years. Earrings that once cost 6$ for three pairs are now being sold for 18$. I bought them elsewhere for significantly cheaper.

This place is mostly for kids but I have gotten some of my favorite jewelry here. I've heard of people having issues with infections after getting piercings here. however, I got my ears pierced here several months ago and so far so good.
