Terrible customer service!!!!! You call to get a quote and they treat you like you are trying to get free counter tops from them, I had worked with many diferents companies in the pass but no one can’t top this one, customer service play a huge part in businesses.
We've used them twice in the past four years, for bathroom countertop installations. They did an outstanding job...very customer focused. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and the install team didn't leave until we were totally satisfied.
I was referred to Eastern Marble & Granite by one of my doctors. But I did my own research and comparisons. We wasted our time and didn't need to. We bought our granite counter top from them. They were hands down the cheapest of all the other places we checked out. They don't nickel and dime you to death for extra charges. Dealing with them was very easy and they were really nice. Installation went great! They were absolutely the best! I highly recommend them!
