OUTSTANDING! The staff is great and very professional. They do a great job at sanitizing and cleaning. I always feel very safe. The best part is the work outs they are never the same. I love to hate it...if you know what I mean. Fantastic!
This is the best gym I've ever gone to. The coaches are encouraging and engaging, the workouts are never the same day after day and the results are outstanding (-80)! Love love love the OTF family!
I love Saturday workouts with Zach. He is by far the best coach at OTF. Milford is my favorite location. It is clean and a well oiled machine. ♥ufe0fOTF
Upon entering very friendly greeting always there to help,trainers & workout s are the best everyone is safe & sanitized
The Orange, CT Theory location is a cheat. We cancelled by email which they received but charged us for 3 months ( almost $240) because they say they sent an email requiring signature . A really dishonest way to force us to pay for 3 months never used. and this was not during covid. I would never trust them. Be very wary of their contracts. They have no integrity.
