I loved coming to get my coffee and donut every Sunday from this place. Today, I see an entire new staff instead of the usual staff I’m used to. The coffee quality and service quality went downhill. My large Iced Peppermint Mocha coffee is so disgusting that I threw it away. And they only put 1 pump. Good thing there are 3 other Dunkins nearby because I will stop coming here.
This dunkin used to be great, everyone was friendly and always got my order right and usually pretty fast never waited more than a few minutes. Lately there has clearly been some turnover and the quality of service and food has pretty much tanked. I have been waiting upwards of 10 minutes often, my food is cold half the time, and if my order is right the customer service is usually non existent. Sometimes the employees don’t say a single word to you through the whole transaction.
Excellent service, very fast, all had smiles on their faces, welcoming.
Bad customer service... When they were giving the whipped cream frozen chocolate, they spilled the cream on me, and plus they are so slow. They don't even know who is handling the order. It wasn't wort the wait. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Asked for oat milk twice, gave me whole and didn’t notice until I drank half, have chrons and threw up at home. Would just get black coffee but they’ve messed that up too
