I go to displace every Thursday with a group of friends... We have fun... Atmosphere is light and cheery the food is always fresh and good... Love their bakery items... In all refills are free... How can you Beat that...

I love Panera’s food... but I’m always disappointed when I buy their chicken noodle soup, it’s way too often more broth with a VERY little bit of noodles, vegetables & chicken so little that it’s sometimes remnant of what would be left on the bottom of the bowl not a fresh bowl of soup... I remind them when I order not make it all broth but they are never happy about that request and it doesn’t seem to change anything. I buy this for my mom and often it’s a meal for her but it’s not much of meal when it’s all broth ....and for $14 for 2 bowls, I expect a little more than broth... why don’t you train your people to put the solid food in first, fill at least half way, and then add broth on top????

Going to Panera for breakfast is one of my son's favorite things to do and he loves saying hi to the cashiers when we go through the drive-thru. This morning going through at about eight-thirty we received excellent service from the cashier and she was so sweet to my son she even gave him a treat. It truly made our day! Thank you to that cashier and Panera for having the best employees!

I was greatly disappointed by this location today. The young lady who took my order in the drive thru was NOT listening to me whatsoever. She was laughing and talking to someone else the entire time. My order was entirely wrong, and was given soup instead of Mac and cheese and the wrong size drink. The side was wrong too. At the window, all I could hear was personal conversation between employees who were clearly, again, not paying attention. I will not go here again at during the later hours. The staff don't seem to be supervised, nor do they seem to care about what they're doing.
