Best coffee
Couldn't give 5 stars because my last 3 cups of coffee tasted really weak. Don't know why the coffee changed.
I go to this store everyday and just today 07/16/20 at 5pm I when with my kid for some donut and this guy is cleaning the floor. He stop his work to take care of us did not wash his hand and no mask. take 4 Donut and put on the bag, very sad. we did not eat, we when to another store.
The customer service is a joke and the staff their needs to wake up and realize they should be thankful for a job! Came at 8:46pm and was told they “are closing and have nothing to provide for me”. Really... not even a coffee!? If you close at 9pm, provide a service until then... it’s a simple concept and extremely frustrating when people can NOT do their jobs! DO YOUR JOB or quit, someone else would LOVE the hours, especially now! I’m an “essential” worker as well and customer service/satisfaction if paramount!nnIf you stop serving at 8:45 then make it known! Shut off the drive thru light, post it, do something!!! The supervisor/manager needs to do their job! Because of this I will NOT be going back there...
Went here for an iced coffee. Order was incorrect and person who served me was rude. Didnt tell me my total when I ordered (not that big of a deal but any dunkin around here does). Not only that when I told my server have a nice day they barely said thanks ud83dude10 probably not returning to this location anytime soon
