I can say I had the best experience. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé had the ring of her dreams, especially Vanessa. She was there every step of the way and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Thank you to everyone at Sullivans !

I bought an absolutely gorgeous vintage ring with a watch inside of it. I am in love with this ring. The staff was so friendly, I would recommend Sullivans jewelers to everyone I know. Stop in for their 50% off estate jewelry sale

I visited Sullivan's to get a few sentimental charms secured on two new chains. While putting everything together one of the charms fell behind the counter. We thought it would be right there on the ground but it was no where to be found. Vanessa who was helping me assured me she would find it, she was very patient and kind. I even tried to look but couldn't find it. I left the other charm to be worked on and at the end of the day gave a call to see if it came up. It was something I had for years so it was special to me. Vanessa was so understanding and said they would still keep looking. I could sense that the folks at Sullivan's cared and that was really nice. After a few weeks, and even after taking apart a section of the shelving under the front counter, they found my charm and gave me call to tell me. It was undamaged and yesterday I picked it up all polished and newly secured onto a new beautiful chain! They didn't charge me for the awesome work they did and they went above and beyond to find my charm. It was a unique situation but they took care of me, made extra efforts, and I really appreciated it! Thank you Vanessa & everyone at Sullivan's! I will be back. :-)

I bought my engagement ring from Sullivan's Jewelers and neither me or my fiance could be happier. Absolutely amazing service and knowledge. Incredibly friendly and personable staff, willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service! Family owned with pleasant staff who are engaging, helpful and pleasant. Great place to get appraisals, redesigns, repairs or simply to ponder your next unique splurge. Worth a visit if you have jewelry needs.
