While I didn't end up opting for State Farm in the end, Yaniry (Yany) Alvarez provided me such great customer service while I was shopping for auto insurance, it was clear that had I not been essentially grandfathered into a more competitive rate elsewhere, State Farm would have been the place for me, both in terms of customer service and pricing. Yany was friendly, gave me helpful and unbiased advice in my general auto insurance quest, and was transparent in calculating my quote. I would recommend Yany and State Farm to anyone in the market looking for auto insurance and great service!

I had an expensive Home & Car policy for a few years that I was very unhappy with, and their customer service wasn't as customer friendly or helpful as it should have been. I call State Farm in Naugatuck and talked with Yani. She was able to give me great insurance for a much better price and did so with a smile. She is very thorough, very pleasant and ALSO very patient. At that time, we talked about possibly changing my son's insurance but not until November. Without fail, she contacted us ahead of that time and was able to save my son money with a little bit better insurance even. Was a pleasant experience buying insurance for a change. I will tell others I know about her.
