I bought a washer dryer and refrigerator. Dryer went bad and I waited months for it to get repaired and instead he brought me another one that was nowhere near the quality of the one I originally purchased. Refrigerator went bad and I never got a call back. I would never go again
Competitive prices for used appliances, but when they say they will take away the old appliance (refrigerator in this case) make sure they do. We paid in full and after 6-8 months, the old unit is still on our porch. And won’t return calls. They say they can’t get it down the stairs. It got up there when it was purchased from another dealer some years before, I would expect it could be taken out.
QUALITY used appliances and great after care service, good people
No showed the first time for three days after our refrigerator broke. When they were called again a few weeks later showed up a day late and two hours later than promised.
I have been using this place for years, they have always had the parts I have needed to fix whatever I was working on. I went in recently and for the first time in thirty years they couldn't help me because I was looking for a really hard to find range. What happened to that fifth star? This has always been a parts store, it is not pretty and glamorous and that could be a turn off.
